    it’s do able with only 20 reps, as I do it over the next few weeks I should be able to do the full 30 or even level 2. I can’t do 8 as a crunch though, I just end up doing a full situp, any advice?

    dang this looks hard, 30 reps of all 8 in a row with only a couple half minute breaks? Right now I’m doing 75 situps in one go once a day, but if this is what it takes to get a six pack then ok.

    Good workout i do it 2wice a day at first it may seem hard but as ur ab muscle strengthens it will be easier… If neck hurts ur doing it wrong, u r using ur neck to bring u up not ur abs
