@lovedisney95 Yikes, don’t use NYC brand. I’ve used it before, and it’s really cheaply made and irritating. At least use Revlon, they’re pretty cheap but have a much larger selection and aren’t near a irritating.
I’m 15 too and have been wearing make-up for two years.

I am buying my first things and all i have are 1 eyeliner NYC… from CVS and its not creamy at all…. i also have an NYC lipstick.. I Like the lipstick but i am having trouble with the eyeliner…. i am fifteen should i even wear makeup?

I just baught an eyeliner(pencil) it has the eyeliner at one end and a smudger at the other end. How can I apply it using the smudger?

@Kitty6058 i personally think it is. im 12 and going into the 7th grade also and i wear eyeliner,mascara, and gloss everyday. but its really up to you if you think its ok or not because people have different ideas on when you should start wearing makeup. when youre ready/want to wear makeup, you should.

@22soccerhomie22 Do you mean how to ask your parents to use it coz your afraid to tell them? i told my parents i would use a minimum amount, and i would never wear it innappropriatly. Then slowly put more and more on.
