this morning i had a lucid dream, I knew I was dreaming, and I thought, this is my first lucid dream. But then I got panic and start thinking about how can I do to wake up. And so I tried to wake up and I did too.

I was not lucid dreaming but I did have a cool dream last night. Part of it I jumped off of an extremely tall dock into the water and the the feeling of falling was amazing. I’m going to try it again, only with a little more control

this is cool, cause i keep a journal and a pen beside my bed and write down any cool dreams i have if i remember them.. i’m gonna start doing the alarm clock thing, because i can see that working for sure. i’m also gonna start the pinching thing. i had a lucid dream lastnight, but it wasn’t as good as the ones i had when i was younger, those were awesome

@TheDestinyIslander you dont even need to stay awake an hour! i often lucid dream in the morning, 30 minutes earlier. alarm rings, i wake up, go turn the alarm off, and go right back to sleep! you dont have to stay awake an hour!! dont stay awake an hour. go right back to sleep.

the first night, if you dreamt, you will remember it, next night, if you go to bed at the same time, you should set the clock 30 minutes ahead again (to your normal sleep), this will make your dreams clear for you when you wake up.

also, the thing about the alarm clock: it’s a bit off in this video to my own experience, what you need to do is simply sleep as you normally do, but set the clock 30 minutes back (30 minutes less sleep),

when you’re sleeping, you sleep in different faces, heavy sleep and loose sleep, these 2 faces changes between eachother every 30 minutes while sleeping, say you sleep heavy 30 minutes, then you sleep 30 minutes loosly. anyway, the point is: If you wake up while you are sleeping heavy, you do not remember the dream, or perhaps you remember dreaming, but can’t say what about. the other way around with the loose sleeping. have fun
